Pembatalan perkawinan merupakan proses hukum kompleks yang memiliki implikasi sosial yang signifikan di Indonesia. Undang-Undang Perkawinan menyediakan kerangka hukum yang mengatur prosedur pembatalan perkawinan untuk melindungi hak-hak individu yang terlibat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara komprehensif alasan-alasan dan prosedur hukum pembatalan perkawinan dalam KUHPerdata, serta untuk mengidentifikasi implikasi sosial dari pembatalan perkawinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak terkait seperti pengacara dan hakim, serta studi dokumen terkait kasus pembatalan perkawinan. Dalam KUHPerdata, terdapat beberapa alasan yang sah untuk pembatalan perkawinan, seperti kesalahan identitas, kekeliruan dalam memberikan izin, paksaan, ketidakmampuan untuk menjalankan kewajiban perkawinan, dan perkawinan oleh orang yang belum cukup umur. Proses hukum pembatalan perkawinan melibatkan pengajuan gugatan ke pengadilan dengan menyertakan bukti yang mendukung. Pembatalan perkawinan adalah upaya untuk melindungi hak-hak individu yang terlibat dalam perkawinan yang tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat hukum. Reformasi hukum dan peningkatan kesadaran hukum masyarakat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan penanganan kasus pembatalan perkawinan secara adil dan efektif.

Perkawinan anak merupakan masalah serius di Indonesia dengan tingginya angka pernikahan di bawah umur, meskipun telah ada undang-undang yang mengatur batas usia perkawinan. Fenomena ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti tradisi lokal, kemiskinan, dan kurangnya akses pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong praktik perkawinan anak di Indonesia, mengeksplorasi dampak dari praktik tersebut terhadap hak-hak asasi manusia anak, dan merumuskan langkah-langkah strategis untuk mengurangi prevalensi perkawinan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis konten dan analisis tematik. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, termasuk dokumen-dokumen hukum, wawancara dengan ahli, dan data statistik terkait. Praktik perkawinan anak di Indonesia didorong oleh tradisi lokal yang menganggap perkawinan dini sebagai cara untuk melindungi kehormatan keluarga dan mengatasi kemiskinan. Namun, praktik ini memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap hak-hak anak, termasuk akses terhadap pendidikan dan kesehatan, risiko tinggi terhadap komplikasi kehamilan, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, dan pembatasan dalam partisipasi pengambilan keputusan. Perkawinan anak merupakan pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak asasi manusia anak yang diatur baik dalam hukum internasional maupun nasional. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif melalui edukasi masyarakat, pemberdayaan ekonomi anak perempuan, peningkatan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, penegakan hukum yang tegas, dan kolaborasi internasional. Perkawinan siri atau pernikahan berdasarkan hukum Islam tanpa pencatatan resmi negara. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian menguraikan dampak sosial dan hukum yang kompleks dari fenomena ini, khususnya terkait dengan status hukum anak-anak yang dilahirkan dari perkawinan siri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan wawancara dengan ahli untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang fenomena ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkawinan siri tidak diakui secara hukum oleh negara Indonesia, menyebabkan anak-anak yang lahir dari perkawinan ini menghadapi ketidakjelasan status hukum yang dapat mempengaruhi hak-hak mereka, seperti hak atas pencatatan kelahiran dan warisan. Implikasi sosialnya termasuk stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap anak-anak serta potensi konflik dalam hubungan keluarga. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penanganan yang lebih komprehensif terhadap masalah perkawinan siri di Indonesia. Pemerintah perlu meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat tentang pentingnya perkawinan yang sah menurut hukum negara. Every Muslim individual is required to perform worship according to the law. This fundamental obligation must not be ignored, including for children with special needs (ABK). Obligatory worship is a form of obedience and devotion to God and is the main foundation in religious life. The 1945 Constitution, the Child Protection Law, and the Law on Persons with Disabilities have mandated the rights of ABK to receive education, including religious education. Religious education, especially worship that is carried out daily, is an important part of the spiritual and moral development of ABK. Providing worship teaching to ABK, who have diverse characteristics, certainly has its steps. This study aims to describe the implementation of worship teaching for deaf-mute, mentally retarded, and autistic students at SLB PGRI Dlanggu. Through a case study approach, this study found that worship teaching is adjusted to the abilities of each student and involves collaboration between teachers, parents, and other students. The study results indicate that worship teaching can run effectively and benefit students socially. Based on these findings, the study recommends increasing support from various parties, such as principals, teachers, universities, and the government, to ensure improving the quality of religious instruction for students with special needs

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on purchases at the coffee shop Kopi Teman Lama in Mojokerto City. The research method used is classified as associative quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire found on 110 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchases at the coffee shop Kopi Teman Lama Mojokerto, service quality has a significant impact on purchases, promotion and service quality together have a significant influence on purchases with a percentage of influence of 57.6%.

In general, companies listed on the stock market prioritize share price increases as a measure of their value. This was done in an effort to attract investors to contribute to the business. Various variables that influence stock prices include profitability, Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE). In theory, profits in Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Equity (ROE), and Return On Assets (ROA) are correlated with higher stock prices, however, at PT. XL Axiata Tbk., these three ratios experienced fluctuations from 2019 to 2023, even in 2023 they indicated an increase. PT. XL Axiata Tbk, but share prices are expected to fall in 2022â€“2023. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Equity (ROE), and Return On Assets (ROA) on stock prices. In this research, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze quantitative data using the SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) application program. Based on the research results, there is no real relationship between stock prices and Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return on Equity (ROE), and Return on Assets (ROA), with respective significance values ??of 0.467, 0.134, and 0.157.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and identify the impact of Good Corporate Governance (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee), firm size, and profitability on earnings management practices. The studied population consists of transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019-2023, totaling 23 companies. The research sample comprises 5 companies observed over 5 years, from 2019 to 2023, using purposive sampling method. Data used are sourced from the companies' annual reports as secondary data. The data analysis methods applied include classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 22. The research findings indicate that variables of Good Corporate Governance (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, independent board of commissioners, and audit committee) do not have a significant influence on earnings management. On the other hand, firm size is proven to have an impact on earnings management practices, while profitability variable does not show a significant influence on earnings management.

Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Subsector companies that have negative earning per share values for 2 consecutive years. This indicates that the company is experiencing financial distress or financial difficulties. financial distress occurs due to the company's inability to manage and maintain financial performance, resulting in the company experiencing operational losses. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of operating capacity, liquidity, profitability and solvency on financial distress in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 Period. This study uses a type of quantitative research. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, obtained 8 companies with 4 years of research. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, operating capacity affects financial distress, liquidity has no effect on financial distress, profitability affects financial distress, and solvency affects financial distress.

The merger between Tokopedia and Gojek in 2021 created GoTo Group, a holding company that controls various business units including Gojek, Tokopedia, GoPay, and GoTo Financial. Prior to this merger, Tokopedia and Gojek were two separate business entities that had operated independently in Indonesia. However, these two companies have the same vision and mission, so these two companies decided to merge to become PT GoTo in the hope of getting high profitability. The data used is PT Goto's annual financial report for the 2022-2023 period. The independent variables in this research include liquidity ratios, profitability, leverage and activity, while the dependent variable is financial performance as measured by ROA (Return on Assets) and ROE (Return on Equity). The analytical method used is regression to test the relationship between these variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a clear picture of the impact of mergers on company financial performance. It is hoped that the practical implications of this research can help PT. Goto management in making better strategic decisions in the future.

Hybrid Learning In English Language Learning: Students and Teachers Perception

This research uses the hybrid learning method to discuss the perceptions of students and teachers in English language learning. This study aims to understand how students and teachers perceive English language learning through the hybrid method. This research used a descriptive qualitative method, with data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The study focuses on students and teachers from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, English Department, at Universitas Islam Majapahit. The results of this research indicate that both students and teachers have positive responses toward using hybrid learning in English language education. Hybrid learning facilitates students' understanding of the material, as they can review the instructional videos on the e-learning platform. Students become more enthusiastic about participating in lessons due to the various features and tools available in hybrid learning, which helps to reduce boredom during classes. Hybrid learning is also highly effective in assisting students who cannot attend in person, allowing them to follow the lessons without missing any material. Teachers conduct evaluations at the end of each lesson to identify and address any shortcomings in that day's teaching. Teachers feel glad because this method can accommodate students and teachers who cannot attend in person.

The Intercultural Reading Course at Majapahit Islamic University: an Analysis of Teachers' Practices

Teaching practice plays a crucial role in successful learning. Previous research indicates that low student performance is often not solely due to a lack of content understanding but is also significantly influenced by teachers' practices during the learning process. Intercultural understanding is recognized as a key component of English language proficiency. This research explores how teachers the teachersâ€™ practices while teaching intercultural reading course. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The research examines the entire process of intercultural reading instruction in the fourth semester, from initial preparation to post-reading activities. This includes the preparation of materials, reading texts, and the methods of delivery and interaction used by teachers. The findings are based on four observation sessions and an interview with one teacher and two students. The study reveals that teachers provide texts, asked the students to answer related questions, and encourage them to develop critical thinking by connecting newly acquired cultural knowledge with their own experiences. The teaching practices emphasize active discussions and questioning the reading content to enhance students' reading skills while deepening their cross-cultural understanding.

Innovation In Teaching Writing With Edu-Game Canva : The Effectiveness For Elementary School Students

The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of using Edu Game Canva in Teaching writing skill to elementary school students. The research utilized a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest format, where one class was selected using convenience sampling as the study subject. Initially, students were given a pretest to assess their baseline writing skills. This was followed by an intervention where Edu game Canva was integrated into the learning process over several weeks. Subsequently , a posttest was conducted to evaluate the Teaching in the students writing abilities. The results revealed a significant enhancement in students writing skill after the intervention, suggesting that Edu game Canva is effective in supporting writing instruction in elementary schools. These findings highlight the potential for broader application of educational technology like Canva, in elementary school curricula, offering a more interactive and engaging approach to learning that can enhance students academic outcomes.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of Kaizen culture and reward on employee performance at PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics Kantor Project PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 80 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The results of data analysis show that Kaizen culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t value of 5,956 (p = 0.000). Reward has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t value of 3.164 (p = 0.002). This study aims to examine the effect of marketing and product quality on purchasing decisions for used clothing at Lapak Ibu Store in Mojokerto. The population in this study were all consumers of Lapak Ibu Store in Mojokerto. The sampling technique in this study used the Accidental Sampling technique. The number of samples in this study, which were taken during the period June to July, amounted to about 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 3,181 (p = 0.001) and product quality has a significant effect on choosing decisions with a t value of 8,358 (p = 0.001). Simultaneously, marketing variables and product quality together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for used clothing at Lapak Ibu Store with an F value of 74.889> 2.665, and contribute an influence of 60.7%.

Transforming EFL Students' Narrative Writing Through Gamification

Current EFL pedagogy lies in the limited use of innovative techniques like gamification, which has the potential to significantly enhance students' narrative writing skills. This study investigates the effectiveness of gamification in improving EFL students' ability to write narrative texts, grounded in motivational and engagement theories. Employing a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design, data were collected from two groups of students: a control group using conventional methods and an experimental group utilizing gamification elements such as points, badges, and challenges. The findings reveal that students exposed to gamification demonstrated superior narrative writing skills compared to the control group. These results suggest that integrating gamification in EFL writing instruction can substantially boost student motivation and engagement, leading to improved narrative writing performance.

Integrating Character Building In English Language Teaching: A Comprehensive Exploration

This research explores the values of character education based on the five main values of strengthening character education that are applied in the classroom. The method used in this research is qualitative. The sample for this research was one of the English teachers at SMP NEGERI 1 Mojosari. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that teachers at SMP NEGERI 1 Mojosari have implemented 5 main values in strengthening character education, namely religious values, nationalism, integrity, independence, and mutual cooperation. These values have been implemented quite well in the teaching and learning process. Even though teachers at SMP NEGERI 1 Mojosari face obstacles, the school also continues to look for solutions to overcome these problems by strengthening teacher collaboration and fostering good relations between parents and SMP NEGERI 1 Mojosari.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions at Cafe Markas Ranjau Mojosari. In an era of intense business competition, especially in the culinary sector, understanding the factors that influence consumer decisions is crucial for business success. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from cafe consumers. The results of the analysis show that product quality, service quality, company image and price have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings provide important implications for the management of the Mine Headquarters Cafe in improving marketing and service strategies to attract more consumers and maintain loyal customers.

This research examines the influence of Instagram and Facebook on the decision to purchase used clothing at the Kaji Lb modified spare parts shop, Kebonagung Village. The population in this study were all consumers of the Kaji Lb modification spare parts shop. The sampling technique in this research uses the Accidental Sampling technique. Accidental sampling is a technique for determining samples based on chance, so that researchers can take samples from anyone they meet without prior planning. So samples can be found from the period from June to July, there are approximately 100 samples. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression which is used to determine the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely between Instagram (X1) and Facebook (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). By using the SPSS program version 29.0.0. The research results show that Instagram has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of <0.001 (<0.05) and Facebook has a significant effect on choosing decisions with a significance level of <0.001 (<0.005).

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on The Pancasila Student Profile is a concept promoted by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture in order to shape student character in accordance with Pancasila values. This profile is expected to be a guide in the educational learning process to build a superior and integrated generation, by going through several stages that both the government and school policies have designed. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile through co-curricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Gedeg, the role of teachers and also what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Pancasila student profile. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the data of which are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this co-curricular activity is an integral part of the Merdeka Curriculum, which focuses on developing student character in accordance with Pancasila values such as traditional dance, entrepreneurship, and video making, effective in internalizing Pancasila values in students and able to achieve the goal of having a Pancasila Student Profile as a whole. In the implementation of P5, the influence of the teacher's role is very important during the sustainability of P5, such as understanding, preparation, approach, and mentoring. The Pancasila Student Profile has the main supporting factors, namely adequate facilities and infrastructure and full support from the school and teachers. However, there are several inhibiting factors, such as limited resources and varying student participation. This implementation forms not only superior academics but also a young generation that is responsible, cultured and has a strong character in accordance with the values of Pancasila. Thus, co-curricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Gedeg have succeeded in strengthening the character of the nation through holistic and sustainable education.

Digital development in this era is very rapid, social media has become an important tool in marketing strategies, including in the retail industry. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media on consumer buying interest at MaySnack Grocery Store, Gedeg, Batan Krajan, Mojokerto Regency, using quantitative methods with 127 respondents. The results showed that TikTok Shop has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, with a regression coefficient of 0.658 and a t-test value of 7.223. In addition, Facebook Shop also has a significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.163 and a t-test value of 4.641. This study also found that the two social media platforms, together, significantly influence consumer purchase intention with a calculated F value of 26,674. In conclusion, the use of TikTok Shop and Facebook Shop as promotional media is effective in increasing consumer buying interest, with TikTok Shop as the most dominant variable. These results provide insight for businesses to optimize their digital marketing strategies to reach a wider and more diverse target market

The Effect of Infographics on English Speaking Ability at Majapahit Islamic University

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of using infographics as a supporting media in improving the speaking skills of English language education students. This study was conducted using the Quantitative Method by distributing questionnaires to 30 English language education students from various semesters. The results of the study showed that the use of Infographic media has a positive effect on English speaking skills at Majapahit Islamic University with a Pearson correlation test value of 0.331. It is proven that infographics can improve English speaking skills. The results show that infographic media can be used to improve students' speaking skills in speaking English.
