Analisis Penegakan Hukum dalam Perspektif Sistem Peradilan Pidana Berlandaskan Nilai-Nilai Pancasila

This article analyzes the effectiveness of child protection policies in addressing violence cases by combining normative and empirical approaches. The normative approach examines the existing legal framework, including the Child Protection Law, its implementing regulations, and relevant academic literature, particularly the works of Z. Hasan, while the empirical approach is carried out through interviews with the Legal and Human Rights Service Clinic of the Faculty of Law, UNS, which directly assists in cases of violence against children. The findings reveal a gap between legal norms and actual practice, particularly regarding limited public understanding, insufficient access to assistance, restricted capacity of law enforcement officers, and the risk of revictimization. Empirical evidence further shows that legal and psychosocial assistance services remain unevenly distributed, resulting in suboptimal child protection outcomes. The article concludes that strengthening institutional assistance capacity, enhancing public legal literacy, and developing more responsive reporting services are necessary, and recommends future research on integrating reporting technologies to improve early detection of violence against children

This study examines the role of Pancasila as the philosophical foundation and guiding paradigm of law enforcement in Indonesia. Historically, Pancasila evolved from value concepts rooted in Sanskrit tradition to its establishment as the state ideology embodying principles of morality, ethics, and humanism that orient national governance. In the legal domain, Pancasila functions not only as a fundamental norm but also as a source of values that must be reflected in the formulation of legislation, the implementation of law, and judicial decision-making. Using a normative legal research method, this study finds that law enforcement in Indonesia is inseparable from efforts to realize substantive justice grounded in the values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice. Judges play a pivotal role because they possess the authority to interpret and apply the law in response to evolving social dynamics. However, this judicial discretion must remain within the philosophical and constitutional boundaries of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution to ensure that judicial decisions uphold legal certainty while also reflecting public morality and civilized justice. The findings underscore that revitalizing Pancasila’s values across all stages of law enforcement is essential for developing a responsive legal system that prioritizes justice and aligns with Indonesia’s cultural character.

Implementasi Pancasila dalam Sistem Hukum Indonesia Era Modern

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila values within Indonesia’s legal system in the modern era, particularly in the formulation, application, and enforcement of law amid increasing globalization and technological development. This research employs a qualitative method using a literature study approach, drawing from books, scholarly articles, statutory regulations, and previous research relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that Pancasila remains a fundamental value source for Indonesia’s legal and political framework; however, its implementation faces challenges such as competing political interests, global cultural influences, and inconsistencies within the regulatory system. In the modern era, Pancasila principles such as social justice, humanity, and deliberation require actualization through legal reforms, strengthened legal ethics, and harmonization of regulations consistent with national identity. The study concludes that the implementation of Pancasila within Indonesia’s legal system is not only normative but must be realized in practice through adaptive and responsive legal policies grounded in the philosophical foundation of the nation.

Pancasila, as the state ideology of Indonesia, holds a pivotal role in shaping the nation’s socio-political direction, particularly amid rapid shifts driven by globalization, technological advancements, and the evolving democratic landscape. These developments have challenged the relevance of Pancasila’s values, reflected in societal disorientation, rising polarization, and diminishing ethical exemplars in public life. This paper departs from the need to reaffirm Pancasila’s function as both a normative foundation and an ethical compass capable of maintaining social cohesion and preventing fragmentation. The purpose of this study is to examine how Pancasila’s core values are being actualized in contemporary national life and to assess the extent to which the ideology can strengthen socio-political stability in the modern era. By analyzing current socio-political dynamics, this article underscores the urgency of revitalizing Pancasila as a guiding framework for thought, conduct, and civic responsibility within an increasingly complex society.

Respon Sosial Masyarakat Pesantren terhadap Tayangan “Xpose Uncensored” Trans 7: Analisis Sosiologi Pendidikan Islam”

This study examines the social response of the Islamic boarding school community to the Trans7 program Xpose Uncensored (October 13, 2025), which is considered to reduce the symbols of Islamic boarding schools, particularly the practice of ta'dhim and the moral position of kiai. Using a qualitative approach with content analysis of the broadcast and public responses on social media, this study utilizes three theoretical perspectives: Structural-Functional, Conflict, and Symbolic Interactionism. The results show that the pesantren community views this media representation as a threat to traditional values, the authority of kiai, and the identity of pesantren. The strong reactions that emerged functioned as a mechanism to maintain cultural integrity, reject media discourse domination, and preserve the symbolic meaning that has been institutionalized for generations. This study emphasizes the need for media representation ethics and cultural sensitivity in reporting on Islamic educational institutions.

Teknologi kini mampu menyediakan akses informasi instan, bantuan penulisan, hingga penilaian otomatis, namun kemudahan tersebut sekaligus menimbulkan tantangan etik seperti plagiarisme berbasis AI, kecurangan akademik, serta melemahnya proses intelektual mandiri. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi nilai-nilai hadis tentang amanah ilmiah sebagai dasar etika pemanfaatan AI dalam pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur yang menelaah hadis-hadis terkait kejujuran, amanah, tabayyun, dan muraqabah, serta teori etika pendidikan modern dan pedoman etika AI internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ajaran Nabi Muhammad SAW memberikan fondasi moral komprehensif dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi, terutama melalui internalisasi nilai amanah, kejujuran, tanggung jawab ilmiah, verifikasi informasi, dan kesadaran spiritual. Integrasi nilai hadis dengan etika AI modern menghasilkan model pendidikan yang tidak hanya menekankan kemampuan teknologi, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter moral dan integritas akademik. Dengan demikian, nilai-nilai Islam berperan penting dalam memastikan AI digunakan sebagai sarana peningkatan pengetahuan, bukan sebagai jalan pintas yang merusak proses belajar dan mereduksi makna ilmu. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi etika spiritual dalam pengembangan teknologi pendidikan, sekaligus memberikan kerangka konseptual bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam merumuskan kebijakan pemanfaatan AI yang bertanggung jawab.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Fotostation application in supporting the digital photo management process within the photo division of Harian Kompas. In the context of modern journalism, managing large volumes of visual content requires a structured, fast, and accurate system. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation and in-depth interviews with key personnel involved in the daily workflow of photo management. The findings show that Fotostation serves as the central tool for receiving, organizing, and archiving journalistic photos. The system enables real-time integration of visual assets, supports metadata indexing, and ensures that photo classification aligns with editorial standards. It also facilitates efficient long-term archiving and retrieval through its Archive and Inhouse features, allowing users to track usage and avoid redundancy in publication. Furthermore, the system plays a crucial role in protecting copyright by requiring proper attribution and ensuring that only verified content is used. While Fotostation significantly increases the speed and accuracy of editorial photo processing, the system still faces technical challenges, especially regarding performance under high-volume data loads. Nonetheless, the application has proven to enhance the overall effectiveness of the photo division’s workflow, making the management of digital photo assets more reliable, structured, and professionally accountable

Transformasi Peran Ayah dari Breadwinner ke Co-Parenting dalam Keluarga Muslim Modern

Transformasi peran ayah dalam keluarga Muslim modern menunjukkan adanya pergeseran fundamental dari posisi tradisional sebagai breadwinner menuju pola co-parenting yang lebih partisipatif dan dialogis. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika perubahan tersebut melalui perspektif Sosiologi Pendidikan Islam, dengan menelaah genealoginya dalam struktur keluarga patriarkal, faktor sosial yang mengakselerasi pergeseran peran, morfologi keterlibatan ayah kontemporer, serta resonansi pedagogisnya terhadap pembentukan kepribadian dan religiusitas anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi peran ayah didorong oleh meningkatnya partisipasi perempuan di ranah publik, mobilitas kelas menengah Muslim, rekonstruksi nilai maskulinitas, serta penetrasi wacana digital dalam kehidupan keluarga. Perubahan ini menghasilkan pola keayahaan baru yang menekankan kehadiran emosional, keteladanan moral, dan keterlibatan edukatif sebagai bagian integral dari proses ta’dib. Keterlibatan ayah secara aktif terbukti memperkuat secure attachment, membentuk habitus religius, serta meningkatkan kapasitas kognitif dan etika sosial anak. Dengan demikian, co-parenting dalam keluarga Muslim modern bukan hanya bentuk redistribusi peran domestik, tetapi merupakan reposisi epistemik yang memperkaya ekologi pendidikan Islam di lingkungan keluarga. Transformasi budaya hormat anak kepada guru dalam konteks keluarga Muslim urban menunjukkan bahwa nilai adab tidak hilang, tetapi mengalami rekonstruksi seiring perubahan sosial, teknologi, dan pola komunikasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola perubahan tersebut melalui pendekatan library research dan perspektif Sosiologi Pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga Muslim urban dengan pola pengasuhan egaliter, komunikasi dialogis, dan orientasi rasional membentuk habitus baru yang memengaruhi cara anak mengekspresikan hormat. Anak tidak lagi memaknai otoritas guru secara hierarkis, tetapi menilai guru berdasarkan kompetensi, hubungan interpersonal, dan integritas profesional. Perkembangan teknologi digital turut menggeser epistemologi anak dari guru sebagai sumber tunggal pengetahuan menuju model penghargaan berbasis relevansi, kejelasan, dan pendampingan belajar. Kondisi ini menuntut reinterpretasi konsep adab, sehingga nilai kesantunan, ketawadhuan, dan penghormatan tetap dapat diinternalisasi dalam format yang lebih dialogis, partisipatif, dan kontekstual. Dengan demikian, budaya hormat pada keluarga Muslim urban tidak mengalami degradasi, melainkan mengalami transformasi menuju bentuk penghargaan relasional yang sejalan dengan dinamika pendidikan Islam modern

Penguatan Literasi Digital Mahasiswa Dalam Perspektif Nilai-Nilai Pancasila

Penguatan literasi digital mahasiswa menjadi urgensi baru seiring meningkatnya arus informasi yang tidak terkendali serta melemahnya kemampuan kritis dalam memilah konten yang relevan, aman, dan etis, sehingga diperlukan landasan nilai Pancasila sebagai pijakan moral dalam berinteraksi di ruang digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam pengembangan literasi digital mahasiswa agar mampu membangun perilaku bermedia yang bertanggung jawab. Studi ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, survei persepsi, dan telaah dokumen kurikulum untuk menggali pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap nilai kebangsaan dalam konteks digital. Pendekatan normatif-filosofis dipadukan dengan analisis tematik untuk menelaah hubungan antara nilai Pancasila dan praktik literasi digital. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa nilai kemanusiaan, persatuan, dan musyawarah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan kemampuan evaluatif, etika bermedia, dan kesadaran akan dampak sosial informasi digital. Kesimpulannya, integrasi nilai Pancasila dalam literasi digital merupakan strategi penting untuk membentuk karakter kewargaan mahasiswa yang matang dan relevan diterapkan secara sistematis dalam pendidikan tinggi.
